This week in Photos of the Week - YES Photographies (#21): a futuristic woman with blue hair and another, rooted in the earth, dressed in flowers. Two powerful figures, two visions of the feminine: one looks to the future, the other plunges into the essence of the living.

Two visions, one impetus
On one side, a woman of tomorrow, her hair as blue as neon, her gaze beyond the present. She is consciousness, emotion, power, integrated into a refined aesthetic. Her skin seems to capture the light, her body in dialogue with a universe of glass, chrome and stars, embodying a technopoetic sensuality that is both gentle and radical.
On the other, a woman-root, inhabited by the seasons. Her body is adorned with branches, vines and wildflowers, as if nature herself had decided to take on human form. She carries within her the fertile chaos, the organic beauty, the sacred bond between flesh and earth.
Between projected sky and nourishing earth
This series was born of an intuition: what if we captured two forms of power, one looking to the promises of the future, the other rooted in the invisible of the present? The futuristic woman is prophecy incarnate, a cold, vibrant elegance; the vegetal woman is a living prayer, an ancient murmur that blooms in the light.
The futuristic woman
I worked with cold, graphic lighting, metallic reflections and assertive poses. Every element, from costume to make-up, evokes an aesthetic of lucidity: powerful, blue, unclassifiable.
The plant woman
For her, I chose a soft, textured light, close to morning. The plant textures were selected one by one, composed on the body like a ritual. Each flower, each root becomes a word in a silent poem.
Connecting worlds through photography
Through these two figures, I seek again and again to explore the archetypes of the feminine: the woman-oracle and the woman-witch, sensitive technology and inhabited nature: two faces of the same inner world, conversing through the frame, through the light, through you.
Two presences, one vibration
What if these two women were one? What if the future fed on the past? One moves forward, the other plunges. Together, they draw a new map of the feminine: alive, free and infinitely fertile.
